Job Summary:

HeadPinz Naples is looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Employee to help keep our facility clean, safe, and fully operational. This role involves general maintenance tasks throughout the building, including minor repairs, upkeep of equipment, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems

Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the building

Assist with setup and breakdown of special events or seasonal displays

Respond promptly to maintenance issues or safety concerns

Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked with supplies

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physically able to lift, climb, bend, and stand for long periods
