Manager/Supervisor

FastTrax Fort Myers is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for entertainment, hospitality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all areas of operations, including attractions, food & beverage, events, and guest services.
Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors to uphold company policies and service standards.
Monitor financial performance, managing revenue, expenses, labor, and cost controls to drive profitability.
Foster a positive work culture by coaching team members, addressing performance concerns, and promoting employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational regulations.
Handle guest relations, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Support marketing initiatives to increase attendance and brand awareness.
Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness to keep the venue in top condition.
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff to optimize efficiency.
Act as the General Manager in their absence.

Qualifications & Requirements

3-5 years of leadership experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and P&L analysis.
Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with operational software, POS systems, and scheduling platforms is a plus.
