Maintenance Technician

Location: FastTrax Entertainment – Fort Myers, FL

Overview:
The Maintenance Technician at FastTrax supports the behind-the-scenes operation of all attractions, including the go-kart track, arcade games, duckpin bowling lanes, and facility equipment. This hands-on role keeps everything running safely and efficiently to ensure guests experience maximum fun with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, repairs, and adjustments on go-karts, arcade machines, and bowling equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic technical issues across all attractions
Complete work orders and communicate maintenance needs to leadership
Conduct daily equipment checks and document findings
Assist with general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, and minor carpentry
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Respond promptly to on-site repair requests during operational hours

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge required
Ability to learn and follow technical procedures and safety protocols
Comfortable using hand tools and working in fast-paced environments
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or on ladders
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Previous maintenance or technical experience preferred but not required
Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
