Overview:
 As a Front Desk Agent at FastTrax, you are the first face guests see—and the first step in delivering a high-energy, unforgettable experience. You’ll check in racers, book attractions, and guide guests through everything FastTrax has to offer, all while keeping lines moving and smiles wide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Check in guests for go-karts, duckpin bowling, and arcade packages
  • Answer questions about pricing, promotions, events, and membership options
  • Operate the POS system to process payments and bookings
  • Sell gift cards, game cards, and merchandise
  • Answer phones and assist with party or group function inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entry area
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth guest flow
Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and POS systems
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to stand for long periods and work in a high-traffic environment
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
  • Prior front desk, cashier, or hospitality experience is a plus
