HeadPinz Naples is looking for lively, dependable, people-focused night owls who are ready to bring the energy during our busiest hours! Nights at HeadPinz are packed with leagues, families, parties, and high-volume entertainment — and we need team members who shine under lights.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests and keep the guest flow organized during prime-time traffic.

Assign lanes, assist with attractions, and guide guests through the center.

Maintain clean and organized bowler areas, ensuring each lane is ready before seating.

Operate POS, process payments quickly and accurately, and handle guest checkouts.

Answer phones, assist with reservations, events, and general inquiries.

Interact with guests lane-to-lane to promote specials, F&B, and upcoming events.

Support nighttime operations including resets, closing duties, and transitions between leagues, open play, and parties.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, guest service, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly presence.

Ability to keep your cool when it gets busy (and it will!).

Energetic personality with a team-first mindset.

Must be 18 years or older.

Availability 5PM–close, including weekends and holidays.
