Guest Services Supervisor

HeadPinz is looking for a dependable and energetic Guest Services Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and create a great experience for every guest.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and staying active in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The Guest Services Supervisor works closely with the management team to support daily operations, assist guests, and keep the Guest Services team running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Guest Services team members during assigned shifts.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.
• Assist with bowling reservations, purchases, check-in, and general guest questions.
• Help resolve guest concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Help manage guest flow and wait times during busy periods.
• Ensure Guest Services areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Follow and enforce company cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing Guest Services areas.
• Communicate guest, employee, and operational concerns to management.
• Support parties, group events, leagues, and other facility operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous guest service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or entertainment experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling guest concerns and making decisions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
