Lounge Manager – HeadPinz Fort Myers
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Reports To: Assistant General Manager (AGM) / General Manager

Position Overview:

The Lounge Manager at HeadPinz Fort Myers is responsible for leading all aspects of the bar and lounge operations, ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing revenue, and upholding high standards of service and cleanliness. This individual should be a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for entertainment-driven venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, including staffing, inventory, cleanliness, and guest engagement.

  • Foster a welcoming and vibrant environment for guests through exceptional service and atmosphere.

  • Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and servers to meet performance standards and deliver elevated customer experiences.

  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain par levels by ordering efficiently and minimizing waste.

  • Develop and execute lounge promotions, drink features, and special events to drive guest traffic and boost revenue.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations and health codes.

  • Handle guest concerns and requests with professionalism and urgency.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote lounge events and offerings.

  • Track sales performance, manage labor, and control operational costs to meet financial goals.

  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure smooth integration of lounge operations with the entire guest experience.

  • Resolve service issues promptly and proactively to ensure continuous service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of management experience in a bar, lounge, or similar hospitality setting.

  • Proven leadership and team development skills.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and bar operations.

  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Financial literacy with the ability to analyze sales data and manage cost efficiencies.

  • Experience in high-volume or entertainment-focused venues preferred.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain all required food handling and alcohol service certifications.
