HeadPinz Naples is looking for GameZone Attendants to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and delivering great guest experiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with game cards, ticket redemption, and navigating the GameZone
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the GameZone and prize counter
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on arcade games
Provide friendly and attentive guest service
Explain promotions, game packages, and special offers

Qualifications:

Outgoing and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills are a plus but not required
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
