Overview:
The Bar Lead at FastTrax is responsible for overseeing all bar operations during scheduled shifts, supporting the bartending team, maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards, and ensuring consistent, responsible, high-quality service that matches the energy of our entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist bartenders during busy shifts
Ensure consistent drink quality and adherence to alcohol service policies
Open and close the bar, including cash handling and inventory counts
Train new bartenders and provide on-the-job coaching
Maintain par levels and communicate ordering needs to management
Enforce ID checks and monitor guest consumption to ensure safety
Resolve guest complaints or service issues quickly and professionally
Collaborate with servers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across all bar service areas

Qualifications:

Must be 21 or older
At least 1 year of bartending experience required; leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
