Are you ready to bring the fun? Join our team as an Attractions Attendant and be at the center of excitement in our GameZone and attractions area! You’ll create WOW moments for our guests while ensuring a safe, clean, and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly and engaging attitude to create an outstanding experience.
Assist guests with inquiries, redemption merchandise, and attraction-related questions.
Monitor and maintain attractions and the GameZone to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Troubleshoot minor issues with games and attractions; report unresolved concerns for follow-up.
Maintain a clean and organized attractions area, keeping it hazard-free and guest-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old.
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Must maintain a polished and professional appearance.

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication skills for engaging with guests, teammates, and management.
Attention to detail to keep attractions in top shape.
Positive energy that enhances the guest experience.
A service-first mindset, ensuring every guest has an exceptional visit.
