Position Overview

HeadPinz & Bowland Entertainment Centers are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This role is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Schedule, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
Monitor food preparation to ensure compliance with company recipes and presentation standards.
Manage food and labor costs, including ordering supplies and conducting weekly inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
Work closely with sales and event teams to execute group functions and special events.
Provide leadership, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or bowling/entertainment industry preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely.
