Manager/Supervisor

HeadPinz Naples is looking for a reliable and hardworking Closer to join our team! As a Closer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and properly shut down at the end of each night. You’ll play a key role in providing a great experience for guests while assisting in closing procedures for multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the closing duties for various departments, including the bowling lanes, arcade, bar, and kitchen.
Clean and sanitize tables, floors, and guest areas.
Ensure all equipment and guest areas are properly shut down and secured.
Restock supplies and prepare the venue for the next business day.
Follow all closing checklists and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Work as part of a team to ensure an efficient closing process.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant environments is a plus.
Ability to work late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
