Overview:
The GameZone Lead oversees day-to-day operations of the FastTrax arcade and redemption area. This role supports and guides GameZone Attendants, ensures all games and machines are functional, and maintains an engaging guest experience through excellent service and smooth arcade flow.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise GameZone Attendants and ensure consistent guest service
Monitor all arcade machines for functionality and coordinate minor repairs or maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked redemption area
Train new GameZone team members on procedures, systems, and guest interaction
Oversee game card sales, guest inquiries, and resolution of any play or redemption issues
Coordinate with Maintenance and Attractions teams on tech support and safety checks
Monitor inventory of prizes and recommend restocking orders to management
Lead by example in energy, professionalism, and efficiency
Handle guest complaints or escalated service issues as needed

Qualifications:

Previous arcade, attractions, or guest service experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Basic technical knowledge of arcade machines is a plus
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
