Join the HeadPinz Fort Myers team as a Guest Services Representative and help us deliver safe, seamless, and unforgettable entertainment experiences! As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for fun, excitement, and outstanding service every time someone walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, energetic greeting and assist with lane assignments, attraction access, and general center information
Ensure all bowler areas, lane approaches, arcade zones, and guest seating areas are clean, organized, and safely prepared before seating new guests
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
Process payments, handle cash responsibly, make correct change, and operate credit card terminals
Answer incoming calls, assist with questions, take messages, and page guests when necessary
Promote bowling specials, attractions, food & beverage offerings, leagues, events, and safety guidelines through in-person guest interaction
Deliver clear and friendly safety instructions for bowling and attractions when needed
Maintain situational awareness in the center and report any safety hazards, spills, or equipment concerns immediately
Support nightly operations by assisting with resets, restocking, and cleanliness standards
Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Perform other duties as assigned to support entertainment operations
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Ability to multitask in a high-energy entertainment environment
Strong attention to safety and willingness to uphold safety standards
Reliable, responsible, and team-focused
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
